Kate is a Registered Public Health Nutritionist specialising in public health, with a career shaped by more than a decade of experience across the private, public and voluntary sectors. She holds a degree in Food and Nutrition and an MSc in Nutrition with Public Health Management. Early in her career, she gained valuable industry insight during a placement with the Nutrition team at Unilever UK Ltd, where she developed an understanding of how large food companies approach product development and consumer wellbeing. This experience helped spark her commitment to supporting healthier and more sustainable food choices at a population level.
Kate went on to deliver children’s weight‑management programmes within the NHS and support individuals to improve their health through evidence‑based dietary change. Over the past 12 years, she has built a reputation as an engaging, responsive trainer, delivering programmes on nutrition, behaviour change, health improvement, wellbeing, resilience and physical activity.
She works with organisations supporting people at every stage of life- from early years settings to services for older adults; helping them strengthen their approach to healthy eating through training, consultation and partnership working.
Kate is a long‑standing member of the Association for Nutrition’s Quality Assurance Committee (non‑degree) and also serves as an assessor, ensuring short courses meet recognised professional standards. Her practice is grounded in evidence, and she is known for adapting her approach to meet the needs of diverse groups.
Passionate about creating environments where healthier choices feel easier and more enjoyable, Kate is dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations to make lasting, positive change.

Top Dog
Kyanous is quite simply the best therapist in the business. He's truly awful at making the teas and coffees, but he more than makes up for it when it comes to interrupting meetings and ensuring we all stop for breaks to facilitate strokes, pats and getting some fresh air.
